At Perfume Sphere, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your purchase and stand behind the quality and authenticity of every fragrance we sell. Please review our updated return and refund policy below.


30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must meet all of the following:

  • Unopened and unused, in original manufacturer packaging

  • All factory seals, cellophane, and tags intact

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) provided

  • Product in resalable condition


Items Not Eligible for Return

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used fragrances

  • Products with broken seals or missing packaging

  • Final-sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards


How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@perfumesphere.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

  3. Pack securely in original packaging and include the RA number inside.

  4. Ship to the address provided (customers pay return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error).


Refunds

  • Once received and inspected, we’ll email confirmation.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error.

  • Your bank or card provider may require extra processing time.


Exchanges

Need a different scent or size?

  • Contact us to arrange an exchange under the same return conditions.

  • Your replacement will ship once the original is received.

  • Price differences will be adjusted accordingly.


Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will replace or refund at no cost and provide a prepaid return label.


Incorrect Item Received

If you receive the wrong item:

  • Notify us immediately with order details.

  • We’ll send the correct item and provide a prepaid label to return the incorrect one.


Authenticity Guarantee

All our fragrances are 100% authentic and sourced directly from verified distributors.
If you suspect an issue with authenticity, contact us immediately — we will verify and offer a refund or replacement if necessary.


Return Shipping

  • Customer-paid: Change-of-mind returns

  • Perfume Sphere-paid: Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
    We recommend using a trackable shipping service.


Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment by emailing oudvials@gmail.com

  • Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.


International Returns

  • Same return policy applies.

  • Customer covers return shipping and customs fees.

  • Use a trackable international method.
