Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

During high-volume periods or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship orders via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Delivery times vary based on destination:

Next-Day Shipping: 1 business day (available at checkout where applicable)
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by carriers and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website or via your Perfume Sphere account page.
Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States and select international locations.

Some international destinations may have fragrance shipping restrictions due to air-transport regulations (alcohol-based products).

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or freight forwarding companies.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking number shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it:

Check with household members or neighbors.

Wait 24 hours — occasionally carriers mark packages as delivered early.

We will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.
Perfume Sphere is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:

We’ll replace or refund the item and provide a prepaid return label if necessary.
International Shipping
